Living Food is food which is still alive. It has not been cooked or exposed to heat of any kind to kill the nutrients. All fruits and vegetables, and nuts are living foods before they are cooked or steamed. 
 
These are the kind of foods which our bodies need to stay healthy. Think about it, how can dead food give you life? It can't. All it can do for is help sustain you for a while, but the end result will be nothing but sickness and pain. 
 
Living food however can cure you from just about any disease imaginable. It has been known to reverse cancer, fibromyalgia, and even cure asthma! It cleans your body and helps you to lose any unhealthy weight, and as a result you have more energy and feel years younger.
 
No longer will you get sick in the winter time when the flu bug goes around because your immune system will be strong enough to fight off any virus before it attacks you.
 
Many people will argue this; I argued with it too. I didn't understand how we could live without calcium in milk and all the protein in meat. But the truth is meat has been linked to cancer, milk has so much bad fat that it outweighs the good calcium it contains. Animal proteins cause osteoporosis. 
 
Legumes, grains, nuts, and vegetables are good sources of protein.
 
Green veggies, such as kale, spinach, beans, rhubarb, bok choy, broccoli, collards, and various nuts such as peanuts, almonds and walnuts contain all the calcium your body needs.
 
If that's true, then why are these veggies not being promoted as a good source of calcium the way that milk is being promoted? The answer is simple, these veggies don't contain as much calcium as does milk. But once our bodies get accustomed to eating raw, they will require much less calcium.
 
If you've been eating dead food all your life, chances are your body is ailing. Why not treat it with the care that it deserves and longs for. It will thank you almost immediately and will give you back the long life that your body was intended to live.
