Breakfast Smoothie



Grind 2 tbsp. flax seed and a handful of nuts of your choice.

Add 1 banana and 1 kale leaf. Add water and blend. Enjoy!

This probably doesn't entice you in the least bit, but I dare you to drink just one green smoothie a day, for one week, and you'll feel much better. Even if you think you feel great, you'll feel even greater!

Banana and Strawberry Smoothie


1 banana
½ cup strawberries
1 cup Water
Agave Nectar to taste
 
Blend all ingredients together in blender and enjoy.
